At Dynamoms we believe that being active during pregnancy creates easier labors, healthier babies, and happier new moms.

We listen to the latest studies about perinatal exercise, share them with our clients and build our routines based on their recommendations. We offer an intimate setting in our studio, where you will feel like you are receiving a personal training session.  Classes are designed to be fun, challenging, and modified to your needs.

At Dynamoms, we believe that women can be in the best shape of their lives during pregnancy, and at the same time, feeling healthy, optimistic, and inspired by other women who are mothers as well.

We are a community of moms who enjoy working out with our little ones:
