CLASS DESCRIPTION

 All classes have been designed so that mother and child are workout buddies.  We know, not always kids want to participate. No problem.  We have a fantastic team member who is going to prepare a fun circuit for our toddlers, which will keep them entertained and active, perfect for nap time after class!

Classes are fun and always different.  We like to combine our classes and styles.  

ZUMBA®

Is a Latin-inspired dance workout that uses footwork and rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggaeton.

PIYO

The best of pilates and yoga in one class. It is a music-driven, athletic workout that strengthens, stretches and tones with dynamic movements.

WEIGHTLIFTING

It is a non-impact conditioning class designed to enhance muscular fitness (muscular endurance and muscular strength), balance, and improve your shape by sculpting and defining muscles through the use of resistance equipment, or better yet, your baby!. Workout glutes, tighs, arms, your whole body to feel powerful, strong, and in your best shape ever.

H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training)

This class is a high-intensity interval training workout which focuses on full body strength conditioning paired with cardio bursts. It alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity.

TABATA TRAINING

It is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It may only take four minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those four minutes may well push your body to the limit.

MOMMY AND ME YOGA

In this class, you will partner with your child in simple, animated poses, music and games. It will guide your breathing while you engage your abdominals, tone the pelvic floor, strengthen your whole body, improve coordination, and increase body awareness. 

OPEN GYM

This is not a class. The gym will be open for any member who wants to exercise and use the equipment , or simply create your own playdates!
